All items are sold AS‑IS, WHERE‑IS. There are no refunds, no returns, no exchanges, and all sales are final. By placing a bid, you acknowledge and agree to the Buyer Terms & Conditions, Please note:
• Viewing days are available before each auction ends. It is the buyer’s responsibility to attend viewing and inspect items before bidding. No claims will be accepted for condition issues that could have been identified during viewing.
• If you are the highest bidder, you are committing to purchase the item. If a lot does not meet reserve, BTF Auctions may contact the highest bidder to offer the item. Any such purchase is still covered by the Buyer Terms & Conditions.
• Items must be collected within specified pick uptimes unless written agreement is reached. If you cannot pick up during the designated pickup times, do NOT bid. Pickup times are clearly listed for every auction and are the buyer’s responsibility to meet.
• Payment is due within 24 hours of invoice. No collection until full payment is received.
